I am a Family Nurse Practitioner Integrative Health Practitioner and Yoga Teacher, and I enjoy using holistic care to offer my clients the best outcomes using lifestyle medicine principles and medication when needed. 

I am also mom to six kids, and enjoy working my hobby farm in my free time!
